Mrs. Sarah Etta Moon was born Aug. 6, 1920 in Athens, Georgia. She was the third born to Carrie and Lorenzo Moon.
She was married to Mr. Roy Lee Harper and to the union three daughters were born. Moving to Portland, Oregon; the family joined Allen Temple C.M.E. Church under the pastor of Rev. W.L. Smith.
