Marjorie Jean Esselstyn

Marjorie (Mardi) Jean Flint, Ryan, Esselstyn was born on March 27, 1922 and  passed away at the age of 99 years young on November 18, 2021.
She was the loving mother of 8 children and loved to dance and taught ballet and shared that love with her youngest daughter, Shen. She was an artist with a natural talent in painting, drawing and singing, also.
She was raised in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, converted to Catholicism when she married William Joseph Ryan.
She taught in the CCD program for the Catholic church and sang in the Sunday choir.
She later joined the Unification Church and taught Sunday school and remained with them for the rest of her life.
She is survived by Patricia Jo and Jack Woll, Reatha Lanore Ryan, William Daniel Ryan, Shela Colleen Perrin, Maureen Terese and Rick Zayatz, Colin Patrick Ryan, John Phillip Ryan. Her husbands, William Joseph Ryan and Richard Norman Esselstyn and her daughter Sharon (Shen) Eileen Ryan preceded her in death.
Donations are appreciated in lieu of flowers to the Jefferson High School Dance program where Shen was a participant.
