Charles “Chuck” Finegan, age 79 passed away peacefully on Monday, October 9, 2023, at his home from complications of Parkinson's. He was born October 8, 1944, to Charles “Ed” and Venita Finegan. Chuck graduated from Grant High School in Portland, OR and attended the University of Oregon.
Chuck was a Radio Operator while enlisted in the Air Force Reserves Air, Sea and Rescue. He also worked a summer as a Park Ranger in the Gifford National Forest. He is survived by his wife, Debra of 36 years; sister Pat (Mario); brother Steve (Jeanne); Mother-in-law Marilyn; Sister-in-law Susie (Joel); Brother-in-law Ed (Debbie); Brother-in-law Steve (Belinda); Nieces & Nephews Charlie (Lacey), Kyle (Katelyn), Tomas, Marisa, John, Casey (Anne), Patrick (Jess), Courtney, David (Marta), Goddaughter Nicole (Dave) and those who call him Papa: Connor, Addison & Kennedy.
