Arthur James Palmer III was born to Jacqueline Davis Palmer and Arthur James Palmer Jr. on September 13, 1968 in Seattle Washington.
“ART” as he was known to family and friends passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015, in Portland Oregon. He joins his father and grandfather in completing life on this earth.
His memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11AM in the sanctuary of the Rose City Cemetery, Portland, Oregon.
Arthur’s kind and loving spirit will be missed by his family and numerous friends in Seattle and Portland.
