Stanley Dean Lessard

Stanley Dean Lessard, 74, of Portland, entered into God’s kingdom on June 25, 2023. He was
born to Rocky and Dorothy Lessard, and was the middle child; brothers, Aaron and John.
Stan is survived by his son, Matthew; daughters, Anne-Marie and Laura; grandsons Lucas and
Gavin; granddaughters Grace, Morgan, Abigail, and Ellie. Stan was preceded by his son, Andrew.
Stan had a long career (25+ years) in business as a salesman which supported his family with
several moves between Oregon and California.
Stan had the personality and natural charisma to make friends no matter the situation, and his
jokes were infectious to everyone around him. A man of many stories, some factual and others
not so factual, all that would draw out inspiring outcomes. In his spare time, he loved to play
the trumpet, write music, and enjoy the sun and beach in Mexico.
A memorial service will take place at 2:00 PM on July 11, 2023 at Rose City Cemetery & Funeral
