Roslyn (Stanton) Sherman

On May 14, 2018 Roslyn “Rosie” Sherman Stanton’s time on earth came to an end. Rosie was born on June 3, 1950 to Odie Mae Stanton and James Butler.

Rosie had a free spirit and sense of humor that drew people to her.  She was loved by many, family and friends alike.

Rosie is survived by her mother Odie Mae Stanton, daughter Carla Stanton, and sister Diane Smith. She is also survived by her uncles Robert, Michael, and Otis, aunts Patricia, Ruthie, and Betty, and many cousins.

May God bless Rosie as she journeys home for “God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away”. Revelations 21:4.
