Robert was preceded in death by Mother, Willa E. Phillips Barber; Father, John Arthur Phillips, Sr. Leaving to mourn; his Brother, John Arthur Phillips, Jr.; Sisters Gail Waters and Jeannetta Byrd; Sons, Ray Colbert, Perry Winters, Jr. and a host of sons he claimed and loved as his own; Special Friend, David Little who walked and supported Robert in health and sickness; one Grandson that he loved as his own; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
