A Mass of Christian Burial will be held, 11AM, Friday, August 8, 2014 at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 8623 SE Woodstock Blvd, Richard Passed away in Portland, Monday, August 4th, he was 35 years old. Born at Fairview, California on November 29, 1978, he was the 2nd son of Jose Vicente and Ana Lucia (Valencia) Restrepo. Richard loved nature and all animals and was blessed to have his dog Molly and cat Garfield as companions. He is survived by his parents, brother; Jose, nephew; Louee and niece Alexandra, grandmothers; Leonor de Valencia & Maria Mercedes de Restrepo.
