Regina Sue Johnson Flowers, born June 25, 1934, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed into glory on August 24, 2026. A devoted wife and mother of five, she inspired many through her oral history of the her life from Muskogee to Oregon and her resilience as a survivor of Oregon’s historic Vanport Flood. Her loving spirit will be deeply missed.
