Lois Booker was born on January 19, 1941 in Monroe, LA. From an early age, she was known for her warm heart, resilient spirit, and deep love for her family. She received her education at Washington High School, where she developed the values of hard work and perseverance that guided her throughout her life. 

She dedicated many years to her career as an early childhood educator, earning the respect of colleagues and friends through her commitment, kindness, and strong work ethic. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lois found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. Whether she was traveling or going to church, she had a special way of making everyone feel welcomed and cherished.

 Throughout her life, Lois was known for showing love to everyone in her life. Her faith, compassion, and unwavering strength touched countless lives. Her greatest achievement was the legacy of love, wisdom, and resilience she leaves behind through her family and friends. 

Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Lois is preceded in death by her father and mother, Lionel Green and Ethel Hill. Lois leaves behind to cherish her memory: her children, Stephanie Villafranco, Stefon Bass and Shulanda Booker.
