James Kaz Tsujimura passed away on September 24, 2015. He is survived by his wife Lolita, Son Dr. Ryan Tsujimura and daughter Dana Ono, grandchildren Justin & Lauren Ono, Step children Scott and Blake Sakamoto and Nancy DiSabato. Step grandchildren Zachary, Jaiden Sakamoto, Sophia & Alexa DiSabato. Sisters Kimi Iwamoto, Lily Namba and Jean Takashima, many nieces & nephews. James attended Lewis & Clark College followed by University Oregon Medical School, followed by a residency at Devers Memorial Eye Clinic, also affiliated with Oregon Health Sciences University.
