Cooper was born July 28, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Marie and Ollie Cooper.He is survived by wife Grace Cooper, stepdaughter Naomi Tacker, step granddaughter Rachelle Tacker, his 3 sisters, Althea Ewey, Lolita Cooper, and Donna Davis. He was preceded in death by his two brothers Fredrick Cooper, and Steven Cooper.
