Doug Rehder

Harry Douglas Rehder, Jr. (Doug Rehder) was born September 23, 1953 in Portland, Oregon. He went to grade school at Woodstock Elementary School and high school at Franklin High. Doug had just turned 67 and retired when he left us all too soon on November 11, 2020. Doug was in the Air Force after high school and worked at Honeywell, Johnson Controls and Siemens as an HVAC technician. He was a brilliant technician and there was nothing he could not repair. He moved to Spokane, Washington for his job where he met his wife, Twylla. He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Rehder Sr. and mother Jeanne Nancy Young Rehder.  Doug is survived by his wife of 29 years, Twylla, step daughter Autumn (Paul), his rescue dog Mocha, and his sister and brother in law Gail and Jon Barnard. Because Doug and Twylla loved to adopt rescue dogs, donations are suggested in his name to shelters in Spokane or Portland.
