Was born Oct 11, 1988 in Portland, Oregon to parents Sirretta Hawkins and Joseph Grant . He grew up in North Portland right off of Alberta & Albina in the big blue house. He graduated from Gresham high school year of 2006 . Dianieces was given a Second Chance at Life after suffering a Horrific Accident at the Tender age of 4 years old on March 18th, 1993. He survived and recovered from this accident with the help from many of his family members, friends, neighbors, and the community that surrounded him with lots of Love and Perseverance. My King, My Son, My Baby and my 1st Born, I Love You. 

His second chance at life was a second chance for us all to have him in our lives and for that, we are forever grateful. One of fathers proudest moments is to have a son. A strong son, with a good heart and beautiful smile. A son that could light up a room and make you laugh until you felt things are not so bad. He will always truly be a blessing to us all and we will celebrate his life because he lived. Against all odds, he lived and he touched each and every one of us in some way. 

Dianieces is survived by his mom Sirretta Hawkins, dad Joseph Grant, Sisters Joeterika Grant, Destinnie Grant , Kileah Grant, Gianna Grant, Bradesia Hawkins, Brothers Chad Love, Thad Love, Raymond Grant, LeAntone Simmons, Nephew Daniel Bentley Jr, Niece Laila Bentley , and many aunts, uncles and cousins . 

Perhaps my time seemed all too brief.

 I am Free, Please do not grieve For me

I'm following the path God laid out For me.

 I took his hand I heard him call I turned to the light and left it all. I could not Stay another day.
