Ann Otte

Ann Christine Otte, 83, was born on February 8, 1940, in Ridgeville Corners, Ohio. She recently passed away on February 3, 2023, in Portland, OR. Ann attended school at Ridgeville High School and Valparaiso University. She worked for Concordia University. In order to honor her memory, donations can be made to the Henry County Humane Society.
