June 30, 1922- February 27th, 2015
Alfred S. Rigsbee, 92, died at home Feb. 27, 2015. Born in Arlington Ind., Al lived in Portland near his family for greater than 20 years. He is survived by his wife Babe, 3 children (Peggie, Tom, and Nancy), 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grand children. He was preceded in death by his eldest son Bill. He was a good man.
