Vernon 55, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2017, after battling with lung Cancer.
Born to Cleo Turner & Mildred Green.
He graded from Madison High School.
He also attended Mt. Hood Community College.
He worked at US Bank as a Loan Officer.
Vernon is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Brianna (mother Cynthia) & Aaliyah (mother Rowena) both of Portland; brother Anthony Turner of Portland; sisters Margie Peterson (Byron) of Dallas, TX and Patricia Bailey (Donald) of Phoenix, AZ
Preceded in death by his parents Cleo Turner (1989); and Mildred Green (2011); brother Cleo Turner Jr. (2005) and sister Betty Stewart (2003) both of Portland.
He will be greatly missed by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
There will be no memorial services we had a celebration of Life of Services just days before his passing.
Private Family service will be held at Rose City Cemetery in Portland.
